Terms and conditions


All DAG Pedals have a two year warranty, from the date of purchase.


Returns  will only be accepted for pedals purchased DIRECTLY FROM DAGPEDALS or an authorized vendor.The pedal must be in perfect condition (no scratches, Velcro, ect.). The original box must be returned with the pedal as well. All returned and exchanged pedals are inspected and will be returned to the customer if they are found to not be in acceptable condition. Customers  have 14 days (after reception of the pedal) to  notify DAGPEDALS that they would like to return  it and a full refund of the price of the pedal will be given once the pedal has been returned and inspected.  Shipping and a 10% of the pedal cost will be deducted from the refund.Note shipping back is also at customer expense  and not  included in the refund. There are no refunds or exchanges after 14 days.

Any returned item must be sent within 5 days after the notification, any item arriving in excess of 30 days after return notification, will not be accepted unless a clear explanation (and returned to customer).

Defects .Client has 48 hours to notify any defect found on the pedal, after that it is assumed that the pedal was fully working on arrival and then warranty applies, that means that DAGPEDALS will take care of the repair but shipping cost (both ways) are paid by the customer. If  pedal is defective the client will have to send the pedal back to DAGPEDALS once the pedal arrives and verified that was defective, the client can choose between a full refund (including ALL shipping cost) or a replacement unit.



Pedals are typically shipped on Mondays and Fridays,pedals bought on Sunday will be shipped next Friday,pedals bought on Thursday will be shipped next Monday. I will contact you in case of any delay.

Final delivery depends on the post, typical international delivery is from 10 days to 21.
